Angelic has more than 7 years of experience as a registered Physiotherapist. She believes in a holistic approach highly emphasizing the importance of educating patients about their condition. She has extensive experience with treating patients of varying ages and conditions. She specializes in manual treatment with advance training to focus on Mulligan concept and McKenzie method of treatment. Outside of treating patients, she loves music, yoga and sports specifically rock climbing.
With a bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy from The Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, India, Naren went on to a bridging program in physiotherapy at Queens University in Kingston, Ontario. Over his 20 years of experience he has acquired great expertise in accurately diagnosing & treating varied musculoskeletal & sports injuries. In addition, he also provides self-management techniques & exercises. He takes a keen interest in designing programs & exercises for elderly, helping them maintain activity and balance. He also an expert in diagnosis of workplace postural disorders & its correction.
With her extensive knowledge of the holistic approach to the musculoskeletal systems she treats muscles, tendons, ligaments & connective tissues to relieve pain, rehabilitate physical function, relieve pain, prevent dysfunction, enhances health & to promote wellness. She is skilled at varied techniques including relaxation techniques, deep tissue techniques, soft tissue release, soft tissue mobilization, myofascial trigger point, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, muscle stretching techniques (including PNF) & passive joint mobilization. With strong hands & the ability to apply the pressure as requested, she can help treat all types of aches & pains.
